Celebrating 25+ Years!HistoryKenamy Imports gets its name from husband and wife co-founders, Ken and Amy Pang, who opened their first retail furniture store (the "Kenamy Bargain Centre") in October 1978. Now located in Mississauga, Ontario, Kenamy Imports remains a family owned and operated business, serving customers coast-to-coast. Wholesalers of home furnishings and giftware, we currently specialize in antique reproduction furniture and solid cast bronzeware. A member of the Canadian Gift and Table Association (CGTA), we regularly exhibit at the Spring and Fall Gifts Shows, held at the International and Toronto Congress Centres. Past exhibitions include The Canadian Home Furnishings Market (TCHFM), and Gift Shows in Vancouver, Edmonton, and Montreal. Hours of OperationOur showroom (and warehouse) is open Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and weekends by appointment only. Closed holidays. Wholesale trade only. For cash & carry customers, a business card (or vendor permit) and Ontario retail sales tax purchase exemption certificate (RST PEC) are required. Convenient Payment TermsPrepaid. Payment by cash, debit card (via Interac), certified cheque, or credit card. As an authorized merchant, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Net 30 days on approved credit account. A completed credit application, personal guarantee, and credit check are required. Standard Shipping ArrangementsLTL: Goods are shipped FOB our warehouse, either freight prepaid or collect, at the best rate quoted amongst our carriers. Freight charges are based on destination and weight. (Minimum charges and surcharges may apply, e.g., tail-gate, delivery to a residential address, etc.). Shipments are subject to cubing where density is less than 10 lbs per cubic foot. Goods are packed by carton and/or skid depending on dimensions, weight, and shape. Container loads: Contact sales for more details. Goods damaged during shipping should be reported immediately to us and the carrier for inspection. Do not discard/dispose of merchandise and associated packing material. No returns, exchanges, or refunds after 5 days upon receipt of goods. A 20% restocking charge may apply. Custom / Special OrdersA non-refundable deposit (20% of total, minimum $50) is required to pre-order items not normally in stock. Excluding carrier, port, and customs delays, the delivery timeframe is typically 8 to 12 weeks, but may be as long as four months during peak production periods. |
